Beneficiaries for differently-abled, elderly, and kidney patients allowance to be announced on Tuesday (04)

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Welfare Benefits Board will release the list of beneficiaries eligible for the allowances for the differently-abled, elderly, and kidney patients on Tuesday (04).

The list has been directed to all Divisional Secretariats, member of the Welfare Benefits Board Kamal Padmasiri said.

In the meantime, those who were not included in the Asuwesuma welfare benefits program will be given the opportunity to submit appeals in August.

The process will be carried out based on the instructions of President Ranil Wickremesinghe.

Steps are being taken to facilitate the process as well, Padmasiri added.
