Aragalaya Activist Dhaniz Ali remanded, again

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court on Monday (1) ordered to remand Aragalaya activist Dhaniz Ali until the 15th of August.

Aragalaya activist Dhaniz Ali was arrested for forcing his way into the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation and demanding the transmission be interrupted.

Colombo Chief Magistrate Nandana Amarasinghe said an announcement will be made on 15th August with regard to bail for the suspect.

In addition, the Prisons Department was ordered by the Chief Magistrate to produce the suspect in Court on Tuesday (2).
