COLOMBO (News 1st); The Indian Minister of External Affairs Dr. S. Jaishankar says that India has remained supportive during this crisis and will continue to do so.
Speaking to reporters near the Thiruvananthapuram airport, the Indian Minister of External Affairs stated that India is trying to help, and is always very helpful where Sri Lanka is concerned.
“They are right now working through their problems, so we have to wait and see what they do,” the Foreign Minister stated.
He also went onto add that there is currently no refugee crisis as of right now.
