Strong winds expected tonight (7)

COLOMBO (News 1st); Department of Meteorology announced that several spells of showers will occur in Sabaragamuwa province and Nuwara-Eliya and Kandy districts.

A few showers may occur in the Western province and Galle and Matara districts.

Strong winds of about (40-50) kmph can be expected at times in the western slopes of the Central hills and the Southern province.
