Train operation resume subject to restrictions

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Department of Railway said that due to the prevailing situation in the country train services resumed at 8.00 AM on Thursday (12) under restrictions.

The General Manager of Railways, Dhammika Jayasundara stated that the train service between Veyangoda and Kalutara will only be operated for a limited period.

For further information regarding the relevant train journeys, the general public can call 1971 to speak to the Consumer Affairs Division of Sri Lanka Railways.
