COLOMBO (News 1st); The CEB Engineers’ Union has decided to intensify the ‘Work to Rule’ trade union action.

Secretary of the Electrical Engineers’ Association, Dhammika Tilakaratne stated that they will not be involved in any activities related to power outages from next Monday (24).

The Electrical Engineers’ Trade Unions have been on strike since last Wednesday (19) in protest of the appointment of the Acting General Manager and the CEB Chairman’s arbitrary actions.
