COLOMBO (News 1st); No wonder the world is in year three of COVID-19, says the High Commissioner of Canada to Sri Lanka and Maldives, David McKinnon. 

In a tweet, the High Commissioner pointed out that there are many people who are refusing to wear masks, and some are even wearing it in an incorrect manner.
