COLOMBO (News 1st); The Colombo Permanent High Court Trial-at-Bar on Monday (6) ruled that 11 of the 22 charges filed in the Bond Scam Scam, cannot be carried forward.

Accordingly, Justice Amal Ranaraja, Namal Balalle, and Aditya Patabandige decided to release 10 of the accused, including Ex-Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake from those 11 charges.

The Court ordered for Charges 1 to 11 out of the 22 charges, be removed from the indictment.
