Female body inside traveling bag identified by family - Police

COLOMBO (News 1st); The body of a female found inside a traveling bag in Sapugaskanda on Thursday (4) was identified by her family on Friday (5).

Sri Lanka Police said the woman's husband and children identified the body on Friday (5) morning.

She was a 42-year-old resident from Maligawatte, said Police adding that the woman's husband had filed a missing person complaint with police on the 28th of October 2021.
