Relief package to be granted for private bus owners

COLOMBO (News 1st): State Minister of Transport Dilum Amunugama says that it has been decided to grant a relief package for private bus owners who have been affected with COVID-19. The State Minister said that the relief package will be given to 17,000 license holders. He added that if the country reopens on 1st of October, a proposal is being prepared at the request of the Ministry of Health to activate transport services thereafter.
