Another 160 tons of oxygen to be brought to SL

COLOMBO (News 1st): The State Ministry of Pharmaceutical Supplies and Regulation says that another 160 tons of oxygen will be brought to the island today (22) to be given to COVID-19 infected persons.
Its secretary, Dr. Saman Ratnayake said that a orders have been placed to bring a total of 460 tons of oxygen to the island.
The amount allocated for this is 62 million rupees.
He also stated that 108 tons of oxygen was consumed only by COVID-19 infected persons yesterday (21).
