COLOMBO (News 1st): The National Catholic Proclamation Committee has declared today (21) as a day of silent protests demanding that the masterminds behind the Easter Sunday attack be revealed to the country. It has been dubbed the "Silent Black Protest Day." Rev. Fr. Cyril Gamini, a member of the National Catholic Proclamation Committee, urges the public to display a black flag at every home and place of business and join in the protest.
