Government MP's attend meeting with President

COLOMBO (News1st): Government parliamentarians attended a meeting chaired by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa this evening. Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa, finance minister Basil Rajapaksa, and members of several parties including the Sri Lanka Freedom Party had participated in the discussion. Matters concerning next week's parliamentary sessions are to be discussed during the meeting. The no-confidence motion brought forward against Minister Udaya Gammanpila is to be taken up in Parliament at 10 am tomorrow. The no-confidence motion will be taken up for a vote on Tuesday.
