A vote against No-Confidence Motion is a Vote for Fuel Hike: SJB

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Samagi Jana Balavegaya (SJB) is currently staging a protest march against the recent hike in fuel prices and several other issues ahead of today's (Jun. 22) parliamentary session.
The protest march heading to the parliamentary complex was launched at the SJB party headquarters in Kotte.
According to News 1st correspondents at the location, all members of the Samagi Jana Balavegaya have joined the protest march.
Parliament is scheduled to convene at 10:00 AM today (Jun. 22), under the patronage of Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena.
The Motion of No Confidence signed by the Samagi Jana Balavegaya (SJB) against Minister of Energy - Udaya Gammanpila over the recent fuel price hike is set to be presented to Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena today (22), News 1st's Parliamentary correspondent said.
