US Ambassador meets Political Leaders from North

COLOMBO (News 1st): Political leaders representing the Northern province met with United States Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Alaina B. Teplitz in Kokuvil, Jaffna on Wednesday (Feb. 24). Leader of the Illankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi, Mavai Senathirajah, Senior Deputy Leader C. V. K. Sivagnanam and MP Sivagnanam Shritharan also joined the discussion. According to our correspondent, the discussions focused on the issues pertaining to lands in the Northern province, human rights and political confusions.
