Bakers Announce Rs. 10 Increase on 450g Loaf of Bread

COLOMBO (News 1st): Consumers across Sri Lanka will have to pay more for one of their most commonly purchased food items after the All Island Bakery Owners' Association announced a price increase for bread.

Chairman of the All Island Bakery Owners' Association said the price of a 450-gram loaf of bread has been increased by Rs. 10 with effect from today.
