Hambantota beach games takes place for second day

COLOMBO (News1st): The Hambantota Beach Games organized for the first time to promote beach sports in the country was held for the second day on Saturday. The two-day event was held at the Hambantota Beach Park and saw several athletes from schools and clubs taking part in the event. Sports Minister Namal Rajapaksa presided over the event that saw events such as beach volleyball, beach football and surfing. The minister took part in surfing this morning.
