NEC to meet with party secretaries

COLOMBO (News 1st): A meeting will be held between secretaries of political parties and the National Elections Commission at 10:00 am on Monday (July 27), election officials said. Future proceedings of the upcoming general election scheduled for the 5th of August, will be discussed during the meeting. "Measures are underway to ensure that all ballot boxes and other election material are distributed to all districts before the 29th of July," the National Elections Commission further said.
