UPDATE: Curfew to be imposed at 2 pm today in Colombo, Gampaha, Puttlam, & 5 other districts.

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The President's Media Division has said that the curfew in the districts of Colombo, Gampaha, Puttalam and five districts in the Northern Province will be re-imposed at 2 pm. Earlier, the government announced that the curfew in these districts which was lifted at 6 am today (March 24), will be re-imposed at 12 noon. Meanwhile, Police Spokesman SP Jaliya Senaratne urged the public to act responsibly and to avoid purchasing excess amounts of items when the curfew is lifted.
