SLAF refutes reports of disinfecting the air to eradicate COVID-19

COLOMBO (News1st): The Sri Lanka Air Force has refuted reports stating that helicopters will be deployed to spray disinfectants in the air in a bid to eradicate COVID-19 tonight.
"The SLAF will not conduct any such operation," said Acting Air Force Spokesman Group Captain Dushan Wijesinghe.
He added that a message had been circulating on social media stating that the disinfecting process will begin at 11: 30 pm.
