Trains delayed along Northern Railway line

COLOMBO (News 1st):- A train delay has occurred along the Northern Railway line. The delay was caused due to a train travelling from Jaffna to Beliatta being derailed between the Talawa and Thambuththegama stations. The Railway Control Room states that the train travelling from Kankasanthurai to Mount Lavinia and the train travelling from Colombo to Jaffna will be delayed for more than two hours. The control room further says that steps have been taken to fix the situation.
