45 year old fishermen drowns in Bangadeniya lagoon

COLOMBO (News 1st):- A 45-year-old fisherman has gone missing after he drowned in the Lunu-Oya, Bangadeniya lagoon in Kumbutukuliya, Chilaw.
The police said that the individual drowned when he was engaging in fishing. He is a resident of Bangadeniya.
The police along with the area residents have commenced search operations.
