Interim report on 4/21 attacks to be handed over to President

Colombo (News 1st): The report on the investigations of the April 21st attacks is due to be handed over to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat this afternoon as per the Secretary to the Commission P.B. Herath. All members of the Commission are due to be present. Secretary Herath stated that evidence has been recorded from 35 individuals on the matter. He further added that the Commission received in excess of 65 complaints. The Commission was appointed on the 22nd of September by then-President Maithripala Sirisena and was Chaired by Appeal Court Judge Janak de Silva.
