Price of milk powder reduced

Colombo (News 1st) - The Consumer Affairs Authority announced this morning that a decision has been reached to reduced the prices of imported milk. Chairman of the CAA Lalith Senaweera noted that in accordance with this decision, the price of a 1kg imported milk powder packet would be reduced by Rs 40, while the price of a 400g packet would be reduced by Rs 15. Senaweera noted that the price change would come into effect from today.
