Former Ministers yet to hand over official vehicles

Colombo (News 1st): The Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government states, that only one Minister has handed over his official quarters to the ministry. Its Secretary Siripala Hettiarachchi stated many former ministers have not returned their official vehicles as well. He also said the Presidential Secretary will be informed about the matter today (December 4). The Secretary said a letter will be issued reminding the former ministers to hand over their official quarters and vehicles soon. Hettiarachchi pointed the delay in returning the vehicles and quarters used by the former ministers has also impacted the issuing of vehicles and quarters for new ministers.
