COLOMBO (News 1st) – The Examinations Department had stated that all tuition, lectures, classes, and workshops related to the G.C.E. O/L examination must conclude before midnight on December 27th.
The Commissioner General of Examinations, Sanath Poojitha said that strict legal action will be taken against those who do not abide by these regulations.
Meanwhile, a training workshop was conducted today, for supervisors, coordinators and assistant coordinators of examination centres.
According to the Commissioner-General, 4987 supervisors and around 12,000 officials will take part in these district level workshops.
He further added that 08 special examination centres will be established for the O/L examination to accommodate students under special circumstances such as imprisoned inmates, patients at the Apeksha Hospital and students who are taking part in the SAARC games.
