COLOMBO (News 1st):- The Postal Department states that all those individuals who have not yet obtained their polling cards for the Presidential elections could collect it till 5.00 pm today (November 16).

Post-Master General Ranjith Ariyarathne states that the polling cards could be collected from the respective post offices after presenting a valid Identity card.
