Elephant attack claims two lives

COLOMBO (News 1st) Two people have died due to elephant attacks in Mangalagama and Galkiriyagama. The police said that a 59-year-old individual died last night (November 7) in an elephant attack that occurred in Kohombagasthalawa, Mangalagama. He has been identified as a resident of the same area. Meanwhile, another 62-year-old individual also died in an elephant attack reported from Adiyagala, Galkiriyagama.
