Protest against trucks transporting garbage to Aruwakkalu

Colombo (News 1st): A protest commenced at 1 AM today (September 3) against the trucks that were transporting garbage to Aruwakkalu Sanitary Landfill from Colombo. According to our correspondent, the protest began when the trucks reached Puttalam. The security in the area has been tightened by the Puttalam Police and the Sri Lanka Army.
