Navy nabs Kerala cannabis valued at Rs 25 mn

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Three suspects were arrested along with Kerala cannabis worth Rs 25mn in a raid carried out jointly by the Sri Lanka Navy and Police Narcotics Bureau at Kankensanthurai today (August 12) on a tip-off received by the Sri Lanka Navy. Police media spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara revealed that more than 80 kilograms of Kerala cannabis was seized from the suspects' possession.
