External interference can never bring benefits - Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka

Colombo (News 1st): Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Cheng Xueyuan said countries such as China and Sri Lanka, sharing a common history of being bullied and colonized by Western powers, should always remain vigilant as regards external interference. Publishing an article entitled "Hong Kong, a Part of China, Shall Allow No External Interference" the Chinese Ambassador said, "Such interference can never bring benefits, but only trouble, chaos, and disasters." He added China, adhering to independent and peaceful diplomatic policies, will never interfere with others’ internal affairs and is strongly against such behavior. He noted countries should always insist on independence, fight against external interference and make their own decisions adding only in this way can we march toward the right direction and embrace a brighter future.
