COLOMBO (News 1st): Two unidentified corpses have been discovered from the North Western coastal line. The police stated that the bodies were found lying along the Nirmalapura coast in Norochcholai and the Muthupanthiya coast in Arachchikattuwa. The corpse discovered from Arachchikatuwa has been identified as a foreigner. The police stated that the bodies have been disfigured making it unidentifiable. A magisterial inquiry has commenced into the incident. Meanwhile, another male corpse has been discovered from near the Galella bridge in Polonnaruwa. The body was found on a tip-off. The police suspect the deceased to be aged around 70 years. The body currently lies at the Polonnaruwa hospital. Further investigations into the incident are ongoing.
