JVP will back both no confidence motions : MP Nalinda Jayatissa

COLOMBO (News 1st) - JVP MP Nalinda Jayatissa noted that the public could rely on JVP's unwavering support on No Confidence Motion against Rishard Bathiudeen at a media briefing in Kalutara yesterday(May 27). The MP said that they have no reason to back down as they are the ones who initiated the No Confidence Motions against both Rishard Bathiudeen and the government. He added that they would vote against Rishard Bathiudeen on the 18th and 19th while voting against the government as the government failed to safeguard the public from terrorist attacks although the government was warned on multiple locations.
