Wanted woman visited Rajagiriya Jayasekara Rama temple on 21st

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Venerable Rajawatte Wappa Thero of the Amarapura Siri Saddamma Wansha sect made a startling revelation about a female suspect who is wanted by the security forces. The Rajagiriya Jayasekara Rama Temple is popular among most of the Buddhists for its monthly meditation program. The meditation program for this month was held on the 21st, the very same day that the Easter terror attacks shook the country. Ven. Rajawatte Wappa Thero, Chairman to the National Sangha Council revealed that on the 21st a woman resembling one of the wanted women was at the scene and came to him and had asked directions to the washroom. The Thero noted that when she returned from the washroom and prepared to leave the premises she had a black handbag in her possession which she had left beside the stage before she went to the washroom. The Thero also added that there had been two more women behind the stage and four people including a man left the temple. The Thero had informed the police. Following the public release of the wanted suspects, the Thero and several other devotees identified the woman in the incident who had a resemblance to one of the wanted suspects.
