Suspect linked to IS arrested in Dharga town - Police

Colombo (News1st) - A suspect who is believed to have links to the Islamic State has been arrested from the Dharga town area in, Aluthgama.
According to the Police, the suspect was arrested based on information from intelligence reports, the suspect's house was also searched. Police added that 24-year-old Mohammad Adhil Mohammad Amiz had established connections with IS through the internet.
Investigations are continuing to take place.
