Final rites: St. Sebastians Church victims today

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The final rites of the victims of the explosion that took place in the St. Sebastian's Church in Katuwapitiya, Negombo are being carried out today(April 23). The final rites are being carried out with the participation of His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith, the Archbishop of Colombo. The News 1st correspondent reported that the families of the deceased have taken steps to bring the remains to the church to carry out the funeral services. The religious leaders, the Maha Sanga and politicians in the vicinity also took part in the service.
