Colombo (News 1st): The police fired tear gas and water cannons to disperse a protest organized by the Inter-University Students Federation this evening (March 13).
The protest which was staged near the parliamentary complex was organized against the anti-te
rrorism act. The road surrounding the parliamentary complex has been temporarily closed due to the protest.
