Shooting in Mawanella

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A 37 year old persn sustained serious injuries in a shooting carried out by two unidentified gunmen in Daranagama Mawanella. The gunmen have used a motorbike as their mode of transportation. According to police the suspects had shot at the victim around 5.a.m this morning(March 09) while he was asleep in his house. The victim was admitted to the Mawanella hospital and transfered to the Kandy hospital for further treatment.
