Shooting in Mt. Lavinia kills one

Colombo (News1st): A person was shot dead near the Kaldemulla junction in Angulana, Mount Lavinia. Police Media Spokesperson, ASP Ruwan Gunasekara stated that two mask-clad assassins on motor-bike had carried out the shooting. The victim, 30-year-old Udara Sandaruwan, was admitted to the Kalubowila teaching hospital before succumbing to his injuries. Investigations are currently underway.
