COLOMBO (News 1st) - Dr. Charitha Herath assumed duties as the Secretary to the Ministry of Mass Media and Digital Infrastructure today (November 08).
Herath earlier served in the same position from 2012 to 2015. He also served as the chairman of the Central environmental authority from 2010 to 2012.
