Colombo (News1st) – President Maithripala Sirisena and former President Mahinda Rajapaksa both attended a religious ceremony in Kandy today.

The event was organized to felicitate Venerable Dr. Godagama Mangala Thera who was recently presented a Dhamma Chakka Award in Thailand.

The award was presented again in Sri Lanka by President Maithripala Sirisena.
