Fire causes massive damage to Haldemulla Reserve

Colombo (News 1st) - A wildfire has erupted in Haldemulla, Seelathanne Reserve. The Assistant Director of the Badulla District from the Ministry of Disaster Management, E. M. L. Udayakumara stated that army officials along with members of Haldemulla Divisional Secretariat are trying to extinguish the fire. News 1st correspondent reported that the wildfire has caused significant damage to the reserve.
