TNA MP offered Rs. 50 Million Bribe

COLOMBO (News 1^st) - TNA Parliamentarian Seenithamby Yogeswaran speaking in parliament yesterday (July 20) said that it is a known fact that construction work on an Ethanol Factory in the Kumburumunai area is currently underway. While stating that this factory was being built by Arjun Aloysius, the MP noted that he was opposed to it. He added that he was offered Rs 50mn through a telephone call to remain silent and not oppose the factory.
