Criminal suspects arrested in Athurugiriya and Hokandara

COLOMBO (News 1st) - four suspects were arrested from the Athurugiriya and Hokandara areas in connection to a number crimes including homicide,

Police have seized a T-56 firearm, twelve rounds of ammunition, a magazine and six knives that were in their possession. 

In addition, police have seized two kilograms of Marijuana and Rs. 79,800 in cash.

The suspects are due to be produced before the Kaduwala Magistrate Court today (05 April).
