COLOMBO (News 1st) – The final match of the Nidahas Twenty20 Tri-Series between India and Bangladesh ended a short while ago.
Winning the toss, India opted to field first.
Out on the field batting first, Bangladesh lost their top 3 batsmen within a span of 33 runs.
However, a valiant effort by Sabbir Rahman powered Bangladesh to 166 with 77 runs to his name.
Bangladesh lost 8 wickets at the end of the 20 overs.
Yuzvendra Chahal was the chief destroyer bagging 3 wickets for 18 runs.
Chasing 168 runs, India lost three wickets at regular intervals but held on to win the match by 4 wickets.
