Nidahas Trophy: Bangladesh beats Sri Lanka to enter finals

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Bangladesh won by two wickets at yesterday’s ( March 16) match against Sri Lanka. Bangladesh won the toss and elected to field first. Mahmudullah and Tamim Iqbal were the stars for Bangladesh as they registered a thrilling win over Sri Lanka. Kusal Perera and Thisara Perera scored fifties to guide Sri Lanka to a competitive total of159/7. With this win, Bangladesh will take on India in the final match of the series. The finals of the Nidahas T20 Tri-series will be held tomorrow (March 18), at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
