Cabinet approves amended Audit Bill

The drafted Audit Bill with amendments, was approved

by the cabinet today. Minister Dayasiri Jayasekara, Co Cabinet Spokesperson said the bill was approved without objections from any of the ministers. The cabinet gathered at the Presidential Secretariat today, headed by the President Maithripala Sirisena. A number of ministers, including Minister Arjuna Ranatunga, Susil Premajayanth, Ranjith Siyambalapitiya, Thalatha Athukorala and Harin Fernando were absent for today's cabinet gathering.   https://www.facebook.com/NewsfirstSL/videos/1857476787645904/
