Complaint units and hotlines established for upcoming LG polls

The National Complaints Unit of the Elections Commission has decided to begin the acceptance of complaints with regard to the election from 6 a.m. tomorrow (Feb 10). Issuing a communique, the Elections Commission said the Complaint Unit will be in action covering all provinces of the country. Accordingly, complaints in the Western Province could be reported via the hotline, 011 2 866 448. In addition to this, a police complaint unit has also been established in connection to the Complaints unit at the Elections Commission. The police unit could be reached via the hotlines, 011 2 866 541 and 011 2 866 546.
