The name list of the National List candidates of the United National Party was submitted to the Elections Secretariat by Party General Secretary Kabir Hashim on Thursday evening.

The members that were included in the national list were Malik Samarawickrama, Karu Jayasuriya, D.M. Swaminathan, Venerable Athuraliye Ratana Thera, Dr. Jayampathi Wickramaratne and President’s Counsel Thilak Marapana.

In addition, UNP national list seats were reserved for Professor C. A. Marasinghe, M. K. D. S Gunawardene, M. H. M. Navavi, M. H. M. Salman, Dr. A. R. A Hafeez , Sirinal de Mel and Anoma Gamage.
