An accident occurred when a three-wheeler veered off the road and fell into a precipice in the Ambawa area in Hali-Ela.

The ill-fated three-wheeler met with the accident while on the way to Welimada from Hali-Ela.

It was reported that the three wheeler veered off road and crashed onto a house.

The driver sustained injuries and is currently receiving treatment at the Badulla General Hospital.
